While serving as Business Development Executive at Advenshure — a venture studio, venture capital and private equity firm — Cole has partnered with portfolio companies to design and implement scalable sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth. In one standout engagement, he helped a portfolio company scale from $0 to $1 million in revenues within just six months.

Cole’s expertise spans sales operations, go-to-market strategy and value-based business development. At Triumph Financial, he collaborated directly with senior leadership to identify a $40 million market opportunity within a $10 billion total addressable market and built compelling data-driven strategies to support expansion.

His prior experience at Collective 54 — the first mastermind community for founder and executives of boutique professional services firms — showcased his prospecting and sales execution abilities, where he spearheaded outreach campaigns, consistently exceeded SDR performance metrics and generated recurring revenue opportunities.

A life-long learner and servant leader, Cole earned a Bachler of Business Administration in Professional Selling (the No. 1 ranked program in the United States) and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Baylor University.
