Harry Goodnight brings over 30 years of domestic and international experience in sales, marketing and supply chain management for companies ranging from $10 million to over $10 billion. Harry has consistently exceeded personal revenue goals, while building and leading high-performance sales and marketing teams for companies such as SAP, E2open and i2.

Harry is a pioneering creator and implementer of value-based sales methodologies, which quantify business value and metrics plans for a customer’s product and service offerings, specify the value delivery plans to achieve these benefits and track a customer’s value performance to the plan. At i2, the successful use of this methodology helped i2 grow from $10 million to over $1 billion in just six years. Additionally, companies such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Frito-Lay, Samsung and others have provided tens of billions of dollars of benefit to their customers through these value-based product and service offerings. Harry also has consulted with several companies on best practices to employ value-based methods, including Deloitte & Touche, PwC, Accenture, BearingPoint and Tatum LLC.

Besides enhancing revenues and margins for customers with value-based methods, Harry has built successful sales, consulting and product marketing organizations for enterprise software companies. At i2, Harry started as one of five industry consultants and built a sales consulting organization of over 500 supply chain management experts worldwide in six years. Harry and his team successfully employed leading practices to build an organization that matched i2’s unprecedented 300% CAGR during those six years. Many of the alumni of this organization have gone on to become top industry leaders for companies such as Del Monte Foods (CMO), Computer Associates Software (GM&SVP), Oracle (SVP) and Dell Computer (SVP).

Harry comes to Mereo from San Luis Partners, where Harry consulted with companies regarding cloud-based supply chain and enterprise software strategies. Recently, Harry has been consulting with leading technology companies such as E2open on how to leverage evolving business network strategies through cloud-based infrastructures.

Prior to Harry’s experience with supply chain management and enterprise software companies, Harry developed his career as a supply chain and manufacturing & logistics operations expert for companies such as Samsung, TRW, Nippon Yusen Kaisha, Textron and Raytheon. Harry wrote and implemented master scheduling and capacity planning systems for several of these companies.

Harry earned an Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Fountain Valley, California, and a Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) in Computer Mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
