Jeff Fiedler is a seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and executing sales programs within the high-tech, cloud and software industries. He excels at helping high-tech companies grow revenues by increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales and marketing organizations. This is accomplished through the optimization of go-to-market, sales methodologies, sales tools and coaching programs. He is knowledgeable about applying leading practices for creating and running a company’s direct and indirect sales channels and sales support organizations.

Jeff is experienced in managing sales teams, global accounts and reseller channels in North America, Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions. He is adept with usage of the newest offerings in disruptive technologies, including predictive analytics tools, to increase sales professional efficiency and accelerate the sales pipeline. His overall goal is to elevate each client’s revenue performance to the next level and to give sales leaders the coaching tools needed to maximize the potential of each individual contributor.

Jeff was a Senior Partner at OnTarget, the premier high-tech Sales Training firm, delivering its leading opportunity management methodology — Target Account Selling. He grew the Silicon Valley practice by 200% before being promoted to Managing Director of Central Europe. Jeff was actively involved in the acquisition of OnTarget by Siebel Systems for $250 million.

In 2007, Jeff and a partner founded Core Competence Solutions, Inc. (CCS), an international training and consulting firm. The company provided virtual sales training simulations using avatars to educate and coach sales teams. Clients included HP, Intuit, Siemens and Deutsche Telekom. Over the years, CCS shifted its focus to providing clients with consulting services and training solutions from industry leaders such as Force Management, Sales for Life, Whiteboard Selling and Corporate Visions. Customers included Microsoft, Oracle, Palo Alto Networks and EMC.

Prior to joining Mereo, Jeff was with Sumo Logic, where he worked as a Strategic Account Executive. Using a team selling approach, he sold a SaaS continuous intelligence platform and security solution used by DevOps and SecOps to gain operational and business insights. His accounts included Netflix, Google, Zoom, Anaplan, Lam Research and Intel.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cal Poly Pomona and completed his Master of Business Administration in Marketing work at San Diego State University. He loves sports and is always looking for the next challenge. When not working, Jeff likes to spend time with his family, play golf and tour the wine country.
