Jeff Stiles is a seasoned global chief marketing officer (CMO), general manager and solution & product marketing executive who has led high-performing teams for over 30 years. He brings deep enterprise software and analytics experience across sales, sales engineering, product and marketing-focused roles and has worked with notable companies including Cognos, Peoplesoft, SAP and Oracle, where he most recently ran supply chain and manufacturing and industry solution marketing.

At Oracle, Jeff’s teams drove more than $1 billion pipeline per year through global demand generation campaigns. He architected a cross line-of-business approach to establishing industry solution positioning, content and campaigns and proved the approach with 450:1 pipeline to spend impact with more than $40 million in generated pipeline from 154 dormant accounts in a North American Utilities industry campaign.

Prior to Oracle, Jeff held several CMO and general management roles where he built teams, developed and drove go-to-market strategy and execution, and led transformation of engineering sales and support functions. At SAP, Jeff first led the flagship SAP ERP team and the global ERP upgrade initiative.

He was promoted to launch SAP Business ByDesign and led the small business, mid-market and global partner marketing teams that drove over $1 billion in annual revenues and generated $400 million in partner software sales. In his final role for the company, Jeff oversaw all of solution marketing for the company’s entire product portfolio — over 3,400 at the time — transforming from product-led messaging and go-to-market to line of business and industry solution marketing that generated more than $14 billion in revenues through integrated marketing strategies while exceeding pipeline, customer growth and influence targets across 24 industries and 10 lines of business.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Finance from California State University, Chico. A life-long learner, he is a voracious reader, an avid sports fan, a lover of music, golf, old cars and fun, and he loves helping others to learn and grow. He is blessed with an amazing wife of 34 years, three grown sons and three loving Australian Shepherds.
