Kyle Bushey is a seasoned go-to-market strategy and execution consultant, having helped more than 20 companies realize GTM success. He has extensive expertise in sales, customer success and revenue operation within high-tech, TMT and bio-tech companies. His experience spans all aspects of sales and revenue operations, including organizational design and deployment, territory quota and compensation design and execution, sales process and methodology development and training, forecasting and KPI management, and channel / partner strategy and execution. Additionally, Kyle has helped to build and manage multiple revenue / growth transformation offices.
Most recently, Kyle served as a Senior Consultant with SBI. In this role he played a critical part in helping transform clients’ commercial operating models and go-to-market strategies in several multi-million-dollar engagements. Kyle earned multiple promotions to Director, GTM Strategy and Execution, over the course of five years.
Prior to SBI, Kyle was the co-founder of Lyganex Bio, an early-stage bio-tech company focused on tissue regeneration. Early in his career, Kyle sold medical devices and pharmaceutical products for Johnson & Johnson, specifically launching a first-in-class oral medication for Type-2 diabetes.
Kyle earned his MBA from The Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business in May 2017 with a focus in Strategy & Execution. He also completed his undergraduate degree at Ball State University in 2011 with a major in Finance and a minor in Professional Selling. He considers himself a life-long learner and never shies away from a challenge. When not working, Kyle likes to spend his time on the golf course or with his wife Brittany.
